Sometimes no existing package fits. Your process is different, your integrations are specific, or your scale demands something a standard platform cannot handle. Then we build it.
The investment is higher, so the question is how quickly it comes back. Usually through hours saved: a manual step that costs an hour a day pays for itself within a year. Or through revenue that would not have been possible without the solution. We work that out in advance and tell you honestly when the sums do not add up.
Custom work does not have to be finished in one go. We prefer to deliver a working first version that solves the most important problem, then build it out based on use. That limits the risk and delivers value sooner than a project lasting months.
You get the source code and the documentation. What we build must also be maintainable by someone else.
