Personal data we process

Flii Media processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. This includes, among other things:

• First name and surname
• Company name and job title
• Telephone number
• Email address
• IP address and browser session data (anonymised via GA4)
• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in correspondence

Special categories of personal data

Our website and services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. We do not process any special categories of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Flii Media processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of agreements and engagements
• Responding to questions and requests by email or telephone
• Invoicing and financial administration
• Analysis of website use to improve our services (anonymised)
• Compliance with legal obligations

The legal bases are: performance of a contract, legitimate interest (website analysis), consent (marketing and statistics cookies) and legal obligation.

Automated decision-making

Flii Media does not make decisions based on automated processing that may have (significant) consequences for individuals.

Retention periods

• Website data: retained for as long as permitted and updated where possible
• Clients and partners: all data provided by the client or partner is retained for as long as the relationship is active, and thereafter for a maximum of 7 years in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation
• Job applications: a maximum of 4 weeks after the procedure has been completed, unless you consent to a longer retention period

Sharing with third parties

Flii Media does not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with processors with whom a data processing agreement has been concluded, or where required by law. Services used include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and HotJar.

Flii Media uses cookies to personalise content and advertisements, to provide social media features and to analyse website traffic. Information about your use of our site is shared with social media, advertising and analytics partners. Read our cookie policy for more information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent, to object, and to request data portability. Send a request to privacy@flii.nl. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security

Flii Media takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data. In the event of a data breach that may have adverse consequences for your privacy, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
