From measurement to market research, from testing to trend spotting.

Data without interpretation is noise. The question is not how much you measure, but whether your measurement is right and whether a decision follows from it. We set up the measurement, check that it is reliable, and translate the outcome into what you should do with it.
In practice, measurement turns out to be broken more often than people think. Conversions counted twice, missing events, a cookie banner that makes half the traffic invisible. Steer on that and you are steering on noise. That is why we always start by checking what is coming in now before we draw any conclusion from it.
Since privacy legislation came in and third-party cookies began to be phased out, that has become more important. Server-side tracking, first-party data and modelling fill in what direct measurement no longer picks up.
A report that only shows what happened is a history lesson. We always add what it means and what we propose. Sometimes that is shifting budget, sometimes adjusting a landing page, sometimes doing nothing because the deviation falls within the noise — that is a conclusion too.
Not all value is immediately visible. Brand awareness, preference and mental availability develop over a longer period, yet they determine future growth. So alongside conversions we look at signals such as searches for your brand name, direct traffic and returning visitors.
